Customworx began as an interest in design and carpentry and quickly spiraled into a business that serves the entire continental U.S. We began building small furniture pieces, and items for the agritourism industry such as corn mazes and wedding venues.
The items that we first built for the agritourism clients were giant chairs and rocking horses and led to interest in other furniture items. This wide-spread client base that is scattered throughout North America and Europe played a large part in our growth early on. Once we had developed a loyal customer base and were able to deliver our customers a quality product with intimate customer service, we really began to experience growth. The new found growth, allowed us to create and experiment with products that we are especially passionate about, which is creating fine furniture from timber that we harvest and process ourselves. The type of quality that we strive to provide for our products can sometimes only be attained by cutting out the middle-man.
